and custom made, cannot be returned or be sent!
If the goods are found to have been damaged in transit, the recipient must immediately report the damage to the carrier (shipping service). Other recognizable transport damage must be reported to me in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the goods at the latest.
If the buyer reports in due time, it will be agreed individually how the replacement delivery will look like, since each creation is a handmade unique item and cannot be replaced 1:1. But we will find individual solutions for sure.
c) I am not liable for defects that arise as a result of incorrect handling, normal wear and tear or external influences. In the case of repairs to the goods yourself or by third parties, which are carried out without our written consent, the warranty claim against me expires.
